I have had this cleaned else where but they haven't cleaned it.
This happens more often than you think. I you have a lightly soiled garment and it gets cleaned with some heavily soiled garments your clothes can be dirtier after the dry cleaning process than before it. But let me explain.
The dry cleaning system relays on the dry cleaner being able to maintain the correct percentage of solvent ,detergent and water to effect the cleaning process. We then have to agitate the clothes and maintain the right solvent flow at the right filtration rate to remove soil from the garments. If this is not done a lightly soiled garment can end up dirtier after it is dry cleaned.
The issue that we face in the industry is that very few people have the required training to understand how the chemicals interact to perform the cleaning process and stray from what is required to try to save a dollar or two.
